- choose the product you want to buy and add it to the basket
- on check out, please choose your Premium Support option
- click Buy, then proceed to pay for your new toy, including support 🙂
- enjoy, you have just made your life a lot easier!
Please note:
- you can buy Premium Support only for a product for engineers,
- you can buy Premium Support only with a new purchase of our product (there are exceptions to this rule, possible under certain circumstances only- please CONTACT us for more details),
- if you buy two or more units with Premium Support feature, it is required to have separate support contracts for each device,
- if you already have an active Premium Support contract and want to buy an add-on at later time, it will be automatically covered under the contract bound to main unit
